Getting Started

Your NurseSim account does not synchronize with your educational institution. This means if you update your password on one service, it will not update on the other.

If you encounter an error during the sign-up process, ensure you’ve entered your email correctly. If the problem persists, contact support.

Step 2 - Download NurseSim

NurseSim is an application that needs to be downloaded and installed on your computer to use.

To download NurseSim, visit the downloads section of the website.

The downloads page requires you to be logged-in to view and start downloads.

Depending on the type of computer operating system you have, click Download on the compatible application (Mac or Windows).

When prompted by your internet browser, save the download to your computer and wait for it to complete before continuing to the next step.

The NurseSim download is large so avoid using a metered mobile data connection, if possible.

Step 3 - Install NurseSim

Launch the downloaded file once it has finished downloading. This will begin the install process for NurseSim.

If a security prompt appears upon launching the installer, allow the application the necessary access to complete the installation.

Follow each step outlined in the installer to complete the installation.

NurseSim is a large application so make sure you install it on a drive with ample disk space.

Step 4 - Launch NurseSim

Launch the NurseSim application, ensuring you are connected to the internet.

NurseSim requires a constant internet connection to collect and submit your progress and results.

When prompted, sign-in using the credentials you created in Step 1.

If successful, you can now begin using NurseSim!
